The first step is to schedule a free consultation where we will take the time to discuss your goals, hopes and fears, medical history, and any current supports and barriers to your success. You'll likely form a long term relationship with your personal trainer, so it's essential you match with their teaching style, areas of expertise, and personality - this is a great opportunity for us to get to know one another.

The next step is to schedule a physical assessment which will provide valuable information about your body's movement patterns, overall posture, strength, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and any muscle imbalances you may have. From there, we will collaborate to build your roadmap and devise a smart workout strategy to best meet your individual needs and goals.

Studio Based & Online Sessions:
$65 per individual 55 minute session / $45 per individual 30 minute session

Additional participant: (Split the cost of a duo or trio session)
$15/person
